Job Summary: The Technology Services team exists to deliver products and services to people who work to save lives and heal the sick every day. The IT Service Agent is instrumental in ensuring that quality products and services are delivered to enable every person to obtain their desired outcome, first without harm, without waste and always with an exceptional experience for each person, family, and team member.To that end, the Service Agent will be responsible to provide a high-quality support experience using excellent customer interaction skills. The IT Service Agent is often the customer's first interaction with IT, therefore the Service Agent is the face of IT. Success in this role is critical to ensuring that customers have a favorable view of Mission IT. Required Education: High School diploma. Preferred Education: Associate's degree in relevant area of study or relevant experience. Required Experience: Have provided customer support in-person or via the phone. Preferred Experience: Possess demonstrable experience with identification, diagnosis (troubleshooting) and resolution of infrastructure incident and requests.Be able to install and support desktop software packages from numerous vendors and with various business or technical purposes.Be able to perform critical support activities such as remote software installation and remote desktop management utilizing software distribution tools and other enterprise management tools.Have an understanding of general user account management (password reset, unlock accounts, etc.)Be able to provide minimal support for printers (connectivity, queue management, troubleshooting, etc.)Possess demonstrable experience providing identification, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop incident and requests.Have general knowledge of other various technology domains such as storage, server virtualization, firewalls, encryption, VDI, networking, faxing, Telecom/VoIP, DNS/DHCP management, etc.Experience supporting IT in a large Health Care enterprise environment. Mission Health's Information Technology department invites you to apply to join the Clinical Informatics - Oncology team. This Clinical Informaticist position primarily supports the Oncology service line in ambulatory, Infusion Center and potentially inpatient locations. The ideal candidate will have informatics and Cerner EMR experience as well as nursing experience in Oncology. Role Summary: The clinical informatics specialty use nursing and/or other clinical knowledge to achieve the goal of improving health of populations, communities, groups, families, and individuals. Supporting activities include, but are not limited to, the identification of issues and the design, development, and implementation of effective informatics solutions and technologies within the clinical, administrative, educational, and research domains of practice.The Clinical Informaticists provide ongoing support for service areas and clinical process optimization, as well as collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team, and other stakeholders in their decision-making in all roles and settings to achieve desired outcomes. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Workflow analysis, and process improvement methodology are key skills for this role. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare field. Preferred Education: Master's Degree. Required License: Nursing Preferred License: Nursing Required Experience: Two years in clinical health care setting. Possess high level of analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience: Clinical background in Oncology. Experience in Informatics and use of Cerner EMR strongly preferred.
