Job Summary: The Web Development Engineer will empower health system solutions by designing, developing (programming), testing, and maintaining web and mobile applications that will improve care, eliminate waste, or enhance the patient experience. Required Education: Bachelor's degree or formal training in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Education: Master's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience. Required Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven, qualified and seasoned work experience in a web development role developing highly functional web and mobile applications using modern, full-stack frameworks. Preferred Experience: 5 or more years of proven, qualified and seasoned work experience in a web development role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience with both graphical design tools and object-oriented development languages highly preferred. Experience with React/JS, Azure Cloud, DevOps, C# (including .Net, .Net Core, MVC), PHP and similar technologies desired. Experience developing and deploying mobile apps into the App/Play stores strongly desired. Swift/Kotlin experience is a plus. Mission Health's Information Technology department invites you to apply to join the Clinical Informatics - Oncology team. This Clinical Informaticist position primarily supports the Oncology service line in ambulatory, Infusion Center and potentially inpatient locations. The ideal candidate will have informatics and Cerner EMR experience as well as nursing experience in Oncology. Role Summary: The clinical informatics specialty use nursing and/or other clinical knowledge to achieve the goal of improving health of populations, communities, groups, families, and individuals. Supporting activities include, but are not limited to, the identification of issues and the design, development, and implementation of effective informatics solutions and technologies within the clinical, administrative, educational, and research domains of practice.The Clinical Informaticists provide ongoing support for service areas and clinical process optimization, as well as collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team, and other stakeholders in their decision-making in all roles and settings to achieve desired outcomes. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Workflow analysis, and process improvement methodology are key skills for this role. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare field. Preferred Education: Master's Degree. Required License: Nursing Preferred License: Nursing Required Experience: Two years in clinical health care setting. Possess high level of analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience: Clinical background in Oncology. Experience in Informatics and use of Cerner EMR strongly preferred.
