Duties Include but Are not Limited To:

Partners with Business Analyst/Product Owner to identify, evaluate, and develop applications which are cost effective and meet user requirements.

Work with the Application Development Team on attending required Agile meetings and participate in task creation and estimation.

Responsible for coaching and mentoring technical project team members in various settings.

Ensuring integration of the architecture processes with other IT&S processes.

Support project teams by conducting technical reviews.

Defines and implements specific initiatives to achiever the overall architecture goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement".

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Expert level knowledge of ASP.NET MVC Web/API Development and associated Web Development Technologies such as JQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, CSS and HTML.
  • Ability to manage and participate on multiple project teams simultaneously.
  • Previous Agile Development Team experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Must enjoy working with people and fostering a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Experience in developing complex project and /or organization architectures.
  • Strong Knowledge of Source Code Best Practices using Git and/or TFS.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree preferred.

  • 4+ years experience as a ASP.Net MVC C# Developer
  • 4+ years experience with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and HTML
  • 4+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server as a Developer
  • 2+ years experience in the Agile Development Methodology
  • 2+ years experience with using Microsoft Visual Studio
  • 2+ years experience with iOS Development
  • Other Web/API Based Development Technologies a Plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Services (TFS)
  • Familiarity with Cerner and Oracle a Plus
  • Familiarity with Meditech a Plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized with attention to detail

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations.

OSHA Category:

The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids, or body tissues (although situations can be imagined or hypothesized under which anyone, anywhere, might encounter potential exposure to body fluids).
