Parallon is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to learn various systems to architect, design and develop flexible, robust, and usable test automation systems through close collaboration with others. You will participate in the design and implementation of improvements made to the automated testing framework, tooling, and pipelines, with the goal of increased testing adoption and quality of multiple platforms. Will be responsible for staying current in technical and process development ensuring tools align to Parallon IT&S standards and processes.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and develop an automated testing framework for UIs, APIs, Real-Time Platform, Big Data Ops
  • Automating and emulating components of applications in a fast, high-quality and scalable way
  • Identify creative new ways to implement features that find issues and problems in product designs ensuring QA delivery of a quality product
  • Developing "CI/CD as a service" for various teams across the organization
  • Design, setup, and maintenance of the testing toolset and environment. Proactively evaluate needs. Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing tool process and procedures.
  • Experience with Quality Tools as well as Open Source Tools for automated and manual testing of Web Services, API Automation, working with JSON structures a plus.
  • Ability to provide programmable solutions to support Automation Infrastructure Framework (Java, VB, C#)
  • Experience with databases (SQL Oracle) and data testing frameworks with an understanding of Multi-Tiered applications architecture.
  • Participates in evaluation and recommendations of tool purchases, maintenance of current toolsets (upgrades, etc.)
  • Participates in the implementation (planning, estimation, coordination across projects and technical activities), and knowledge transfer of advanced Parallon IT&S testing tools functions to Parallon testing organization and appropriate Parallon IT&S team members
  • Assesses metrics and measurements to track test processes and quality of application/ solutions, and efficiencies
  • Technical aptitude to learn and adapt to new industry applications and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously


EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Equivalent, relevant work experience may be substituted for Degree.

EXPERIENCE :

A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience is required
