You will be responsible for the day to day work to ensure the successful business implementation and use of enterprise data repositories and data consumer adoption. As the Product Manager grooms work through a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the you will work directly with the analytics and data technology development teams, our business stakeholders, and the data governance teams to ensure this centerpiece to our data strategy is built, released, and used effectively and efficiently, and in order of business priorities. You will play a critical role in our ongoing movement to support and improve our platform, and facilitate business adoption and use of, centrally available and trusted data used across all investment management functions. You will coordinate across all TI functions on behalf of HealthTrust business stakeholders, to assist with ensuring business needs and value are captured, product road maps are developed to align to needs, and products are delivered as planned. The BA taking this position will be supporting the build out of enterprise data assets. You will work closely with HealthTrust business leaders, TI Customer Engagement, Architecture and Planning, Quality Assurance and Product Development teams.

You should demonstrate an understanding of the service lines within the company, become a subject matter expert for the business and data domains in their area of support, have knowledge of key products and services common to the industry, and an understanding of the business goals and value proposition. You will use this understanding as a basis for gathering customer input and feedback to support achievement of customer value and initiative profitability targets, and communicating that information across the organization.


  • Define and prioritize features, functions, and data needed within the EDW, EDP, and Analytics platforms
  • Identify high-level business needs through outreach to HealthTrust's business stakeholders, and create user stories associated with these requirements
  • Communicate data requirements to the Data Warehouse development, data sourcing, and analytics teams
  • Verify data acquisition, load, and exception management processes are built to meet business requirements.
  • Understand HealthTrust analytics business practices, data, tools, applications, goals, and vision
  • Lead conversations with business stakeholders to determine true business needs, translate those needs into meaningful requirements, and develop clearly understood action plans to execute on those requirements.
  • Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams based on mutual trust and respect
  • Assist with managing team and driving delivery to achieve customer value and goals while implementing system-wide clinical systems
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction, conflict resolution, and management of business expectations with the stakeholders
  • Facilitates agreement, engagement, and management of service levels with business leaders
  • Solicit and document acceptance criteria, reconcile QA evidence results to acceptance criteria, and
  • provide approval that user stories have been executed correctly against acceptance criteria
  • Manage the creation, grooming and prioritization of the work backlog
  • Assist with tracking quality metrics and customer satisfaction, providing input on QA plans
  • Gather customer input and feedback and distributes to key IT and business leaders
  • Creates and delivers effective written and verbal presentations to senior management and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to quantify and measure the change and outcomes of clinical and non-clinical interventions through data analysis and reporting .


Bachelor's Degree required


5+ years' relevant work experience
  • Experience working with teams focused on analytics in an IT environment
  • Project governance and acceptance
  • Experience with analytics visualization tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, and/or Tableau desired
  • Ability to write queries using T-SQL to pull data from EDW sources required
  • Comfortable working in a demanding environment with ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to prepare and present effective business documentation and presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Exhibits transparent communication style
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
