JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Solutions Analyst will assist in organizing, researching, and implementing strategic IT-based solutions for business functions or technology areas that are projected to deliver significant business value. The position will work with other analysts and team members to ensure proper architecture and design of solutions that may require changes to IT infrastructure, current business/clinical processes, or present significant technical or operational risk. In addition, the position will develop and maintain relationships with technical and clinical teams to promote proper architecture and collaboration between teams.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organization, Communication, and Relationship Management:
• Assist in organizing the team's efforts to reach out and maintain channels of communication with teams across the company
• Perform servant-leadership in a consultative role with other teams to influence proper architecture and enable the teams' goals
• Promote proper architecture, design, and engagement with the Office of the CTO without relying on governance
• Assist in documenting and communicating technical direction and strategies
• Assist in defining and documenting technical roadmaps mapped to business capabilities
• Prepare and present material to various levels of the company

Technology R&D:
• Assist in researching new technologies for potential use with the delivery of healthcare
• Assist in creating or analyzing various proof-of-technologies including custom software development
• Deliver comprehensive views of technical, clinical, or business focus areas by leveraging external and internal resources to produce technical documentation and identify technical capabilities
• Maintain knowledge on current and emerging technology trends, both consumer and business oriented.

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience is needed for a successful candidate.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree is required.

• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have strong leadership skills, particularly in positively influencing other teams
• Must have the ability to communicate complex concepts with individuals at various levels within the organization
• Must exhibit a strong attention to details, coupled with an ability to multi-task
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must possess a strong desire to learn and grow technical abilities
• Must be inquisitive and possess the courage to speak up to become a disruptor in a constructive way to improve healthcare
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
