Job Summary: The Applications Systems Analyst will ensure a high quality experience for application system users by leveraging strong partnerships with vendors and engineering teams. Provides leadership for the research, evaluation, selection, testing and implementation of information systems in support of the health system's core business and clinical applications. Use proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve applications issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT applications and systems investments. Works with user departments to identify project/system-needs, problem resolution and effective use of application resources.

This position is specific to Pharmacy Informatics - Prior experience with Cerner PharmNet and Pyxis is preferred.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or formal training in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Education: Master's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven, qualified and seasoned work experience in an application or business analyst role

Preferred Experience: 5 or more years of proven, qualified and seasoned work experience in an application role, preferably in a healthcare setting
