HCA's Salesforce Senior Business/Product Analyst person will lead business analysis and modeling activities as well as evaluate current processes and workflows. You will serve as an advisor for current and prospective Salesforce applications where you will carry out gap analysis, requirements gathering and definition for multiple key projects. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce.com, using your knowledge and experience to guide a local office through their implementation. Carry out with functional testing; in test case creation, execution and reporting. Candidates must be excellent communicators and have proven experience in stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

75% Organize and manage project work to drive on time delivery.
• Lead projects- documentations, systems configuration, test documentation, etc.
• Support all areas of the business.
• Maintain a high level of familiarity with other IT systems and business applications.
• Provides estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be finished.
• Oversee day to day operations, maintenance, and support of Salesforce CRM environment.

25% Oversee and participate in the day-to-day support and maintenance activities.
• Understand assigned applications and system architecture
• Lead troubleshooting activities
• Work on assignments involving the use of various technologies both old and new.
• Develop software with a focus on delivering reusable code.
• Mentor other developers on the applications and system architecture.
• Complete assignments on time.
• Work as part of a team and work independently.
• Direct the performance of simple, moderate and complex programming assignments within the department
• Provide after-hours/on-call support as needed

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Certifications, optional but preferred:
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
• Salesforce.com Certified Platform App Builder
• Certified Scrum Master
• Sales Cloud Administrator
• Service Cloud Administrator

• 5+ year's hands-on developing Salesforce application experience
• Scrum experience or an Agile/ Scrum framework experience
• Strong development and architectural mindset- Apex and Visual Force knowledge preferred
• Complex business processes thorough understanding of workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
• Develop Salesforce presentations using MS Power Point
• Leadership experience- whether it was mentoring/developing Administrators or Developers
