Reporting to the Manager of Creative Design, this graphic designer II is responsible for and contributes to all phases of the development and production of visual communication materials that educate and inform internal and external audiences and drive customer engagement, retention and positive behavior. The candidate must possess the a bility to create visual presentations or imagery with the aim of communicating a message to the target audience. This position requires a candidate who can analyze business requirements, perform design tasks, concept, construct, test, and implement solutions with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, on-demand environment. The candidate should bring previous success in graphic support for digital and offline consumer engagement programs and campaigns and must be a highly motivated self-starter committed to delivering high quality solutions within agreed upon timelines.

In collaboration with Creative Services and Content Strategy and Development, the ideal candidate will define the visual agenda and direction for the Content Strategy and Development team's initiatives. Responsible for executing the visual strategy for the Content Strategy and Development team, focusing on both print and digital creative solutions and deliverables. Suggests new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues. Collaborates with design team to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements and adapt them according to the objectives of the project.

Conceptualizes, strategizes, designs, and produces materials that achieve departmental and organizational goals for its offline consumer engagement programs and campaigns. Creates visual concepts, comps, designs, layouts, and performs all prepress activities for a variety of print and digital communication pieces. Creates graphic images for TV, social and web. Produces email campaigns, infographics and gifs. Motion graphic video creation experience is preferred.

Ensures quality control for all of the Content Strategy and Development team's design deliverables and confirms they are completed within time and budget constraints. Ensures that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the organization in an effort to support coherence, unity and brand.

Leverages creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets, including consumer engagement programs. Participates in, and may facilitate, design sessions with stakeholders and other designers when engaging in new projects. Must possess ability to create a comprehensive design pitch and present to key stakeholders.

Maintains relationships and communication with clients; tracks jobs, requirements, progress, timelines and cost opportunities. Prepares print and design specifications, project work agreements and proposals for clients. Serves as point of contact with internal and external print vendors, freelance designers and design agencies.


3 Plus Years of Experience


Bachelor's Degree Required


Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.

Wireframing and prototyping (inVision, etc)

Knowledge of website structure and functionality especially within a CMS.

User testing/QA

Responsive design

Able to code basic HTML
