Essential Functions:
- Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
- Report development and analytics.
- Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
- Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
- Job shadowing in other functional areas.
- Performing additional duties as required.

Department Profile:
Infrastructure Management Group (IMG) provides technology, systems architecture, and information security services across Kaiser Permanente's hospitals, medical groups, and insurance operations. IMG delivers IT as a Service (ITaaS) that is innovative, efficient, and high-value.

Internship Project:

- Review decks with marketing / communications lens to remember to ask: Who is the audience and is the information going to convey the information in the right light?
- Confirm consistency in communications - review and ensure standards/guidelines are followed by all groups
- Assist in creating content
- Provide creative design and aesthetic suggestions to help CPM be more visual in communications: decks/ materials /online presence
- Assist with SharePoint management/administration/design and other media channels (IHQ, Workplace - etc.)
- Assist with training materials /programs
- Assist with roadshow planning materials /logistics/attend and help promote

Experience

Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university within the last year.
License, Certification, Registration
- N/A

Additional Requirements:
- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.

- Design / User Experience skills
- Marketing background - ability to provide different lens on how we present ourselves (perception of CPM)
