Description: As the Marketing and Sales Principal Solution Architect, you will be accountable for the overall applications architecture across the Marketing & Sales portfolio. Based on your strong technology and domain knowledge, you will be responsible for putting the overall solution architecture and design and that fulfills the business requirements and leverage existing and new technologies optimally and effectively. This requires in-depth knowledge of the Marketing and Sales business requirements and a solid end to end knowledge of associated technologies including Big Data Hadoop, Campaign, AEM and Bluemix, along with a very strong architecture and design proven record. As an effective Principal, you will have strong communication skills to drive and influence all technology assessment, selection and design in our area, and to address all issues and decisions to resolution with Business and IT leadership and project stakeholders.
Successful candidate for consideration should have a solid and proven architecture and design background that is relevant to the above.

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for having a deep understanding of multiple application domains, including web, mobile, ERP, and/or mainframe, the ability to recommend solutions, and having broad understanding of other architecture domains.Some of the unique challenges this position will face include providing solutions across all domains as related to an application design.

Essential Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum four (4) years experience with commercial off-the-shelf package integration. Minimum four (4) years experience working with data and integration technologies (e.g., ESB ETL, EAI). Minimum four (4) years experience translating solution requirements into technical application requirements. Minimum four (4) years experience in the design of target state architecture in a corporate or enterprise environment. Minimum four (4) years experience in solution architecture, including working with a portfolio of solutions. Minimum four (4) years experience working with application development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Jersey, Oracle ADF). Minimum three (3) years experience with modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, ER). Minimum four (4) years experience translating solution requirements into technical architecture requirements. Minimum four (4) years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, Business, or related technical field and Minimum ten (10) years IT experience delivering technical solutions, including at least Minimum four (4) years in IT architecture. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:
Four (4) years experience designing and/or implementing ecommerce applications. Three (3) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above) Four (4) years experience in a leadership role of a large matrixed organization. Four (4) years experience working with IT vendors. Six (6) years experience architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-scale, high volume, high availability systems. Six (6) years experience establishing and documenting standards, guidelines, and best practices. Three (3) years data architecture experience. Three (3) years application architecture experience. Three (3) years experience working with large corporate or enterprise business systems. Three (3) years experience working with emerging technologies related to architecture. Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
