Essential Functions:
- Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
- Report development and analytics.
- Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
- Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
- Job shadowing in other functional areas.
- Performing additional duties as required.

Department Profile:
The Health Plan BIO is responsible for managing the delivery of systems and technologies that support KP's Health Plan strategies and operations. Its strategy is to systematically migrate the health plan portfolio toward a common set of applications related to member website, billing, enrollment, claims processing, and call center services.
This internship will work in IT Services Management department under HP BIO. ITSM Solutions are responsible for the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform at KP (ServiceNow) Desired Skill Set:
Proficient in (1) MS applications (2) Good communication / writing skills (3) Research and analysis of given work (4) Adult learning principles (5) Time management (6) Takes initiative (self-starter/go-getter) to learn skills needed to perform the work (7) Dependable and on-time

Internship Project:
The summer intern will work with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team on a project to revamp our ServiceNow training modules. Currently, there are 10 web-based training modules in KP Learn totaling over 8 hours in duration. The goals and outcomes of this project include: (1) Trim current training down to a more reasonable amount of content and duration and republish to KP Learn (KP-s Learning Management System) (2) Analysis of current training content (3) Develop plan to replace 10 modules (4) Work with SMEs/Stakeholders to identify -must have- content in new modules (5) Work with Enterprise Learning to create new modules (6) Identify content that should be created as a knowledge article or a virtual tour (both built within ServiceNow).

- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university within the last year.
License, Certification, Registration

- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
