The Business Analyst is responsible for the management, triage, and follow through of all project issues identified as part of the Full Advanced Clinicals Implementation across a large enterprise client.

In this role, the Business Analyst is required to manage effective intake and throughput of software issues across the program.  This role is tasked with recognizing the impact of an issue on an individual project and the broader program, ensuring appropriate communication.  In alignment with the Program Manager the  Issues Coordinator must deliver clear and informative communication catered to all stakeholders including, Development, QA, Implementation, Technical Services, and Client Teams.   Communication and associated actions must support the progression of issues through resolution and ensure teams receive all necessary information to deliver successful implementations. 

Beyond the required communication and organizational skills, this role also requires the ability to quickly gain an understanding of the PatientKeeper application architecture, as well as PatientKeeper's Advanced Clinicals applications.

  • Manage issues queue across Enterprise Client's Advanced Clinicals implementations
  • Triage incoming issues, working issues to resolution as applicable
  • Manage the progress of issues and provide regular communication of status; facilitate and drive progress of issues to achieve closure
  • Manage expectations of relevant stakeholders relative to issue resolution and delivery
  • Work with Development and QA teams to prioritize and drive progress on open case
  • Lead cross program issue calls 
  • Continual improvement of issue management process
  • Manage Issue Portal for effective usage
  • Work with customer and Project Managers to define and coordinate release requirements in alignment with Program Manager
  • Manage release testing cycles with customer, including delivery of relevant testing documentation
  • Develop and distribute case status reports for project team as appropriate
  • Perform junior Project Management responsibilities as program requires
  • Additional tasks in support of the implementation project as requested

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1 to 2 years of technical project management-type experience or equivalent in a fast paced environment
  • Self-starter with ability to conceive of and accept responsibility for projects and see them through to completion, must be able to work as individual contributor and to contribute as part of a larger team
