The Senior Analyst of Technology supports the Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) Community of Excellence (COE) by representing the needs of the COE with Corporate Application and System owners and by designing, developing and managing learning systems that support the development of leaders across HCA Healthcare through technology. The Senior Analyst of Technology operates as the COE SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all learning-related and collaborations technologies (e.g., HealthStream, SharePoint, Harvard ManageMentor, MediaConnect, WebEx, Connected Classrooms, Online Learning, Podcasts, etc.) and provides standard and custom technology protocols to increase their scale and impact.

Quality
• Develops and maintains technology standards to ensure consistent, quality leadership and organizational development programs.
• Assists with assessment of training effectiveness in terms of overall employee experience with online technologies. Monitors adherence to technology standards and protocols.
• Maintains and enhances customer facing Leadership Institute Atlas pages to increase utilization of current Leadership Institute assets.
• Develops and analyzes reports regarding customer facing assets to understand user experience and user traction.
• Provides data analytics from the various learning technologies to evaluate training effectiveness, experience, and impact.

Service
• Manages the daily COE training technology and new product implementation.
• Provides tools and support to team members as programs are designed, developed and implemented.
• Drives research, evaluation and selection of outside technologies to conduct effective leadership development programs.
• Incorporates current technologies to meet business and training goals/needs.

People
• Educates COE team members on new learning technology system functionality.
• Builds, maintains and supports COE team on effective utilization of common shared storage and communication platform(s) (e.g., SharePoint, MediaConnect, etc.).

Growth
• Designs and develops a learning-based technology framework that will increase the reach and scale of leadership development delivery across HCA Healthcare.
• Investigates and implements alternative training delivery methods and/or current and emerging technology trends.
• Assists with identification/incorporation of best practices and lessons learned into program plans for greater impact and reach.

Finance
• Provides data analytics to support annual budgeting process.
• Develops and monitors the budget associated with learning-based technology platforms and frameworks.
• Reviews and recommends the vendor terms for the COE learning and communication technologies.

Professional Practice
• Represents the L&OD COE as a SME and Product Owner for the following: HealthStream, Atlas, WebEx, SharePoint, Harvard ManageMentor, MediaConnect, Poll Everywhere, Connected Classrooms, etc.
• Problem solves independently and engages stakeholders appropriately.
• Demonstrates an understanding of adult/generational learning theories to better leverage technology for leadership and organizational development.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree - Required
Master's degree - Preferred

5+ years of experience in learning, applicable technology systems, learning methodologies, and communication planning and delivery. Experience in development and platform presentation of training programs (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Software Knowledge
Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx Teams, WebEx Training Center, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. SQL and other related development tools an added bonus. Photography knowledge a plus.
