Description: Internal organizational position which gathers information on the operations of a business unit. Develops and implements reports and metrics based on the analysis of the business operations of a business unit, best practices and key business indicators. Essential Functions: - Gathers requirements for reporting business metrics for an organization. - Analyzes business data and puts analysis into reports which indicate the performance of an organization. - Represents analysis outcomes in template reports and presentations. - Based on analysis, makes recommendations on improving or correcting metrics and operating performance. Basic Qualifications: Experience - Minimum two (2) years of related experience. Education - Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field. - High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration - N/A Additional Requirements: - Working knowledge of policies, practices and systems. - Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. - General application of concepts and principles. - Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
