Description: Internal organizational position which gathers information on the operations of a business unit. Develops and implements reports and metrics based on the analysis of the business operations of a business unit, best practices and key business indicators. Essential Functions: - Gathers requirements for reporting business metrics and/or business processes for an organization. - Works with manager to analyze business data and put analysis into reports which indicate the performance of an organization. - Represents analysis outcomes in template reports and presentations. - Based on analysis, works with manager/team to make recommendations on improving or correcting metrics and operating performance. Basic Qualifications: Experience - N/A Education - Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field. - High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration Additional Requirements: - Familiarity of industry practices, techniques, and standards. - Familiarity of concepts and principles. - Some use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. skills.
