Description: As a Business Operations Analyst, you will participate in many operational process improvement, and analysis related activities. Ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel and/or Tableau skills to create visually appealing metric and tracking reports. Work will also include multi-media related solutioning to aid in virtual meeting and communications, as well as experience with both PC & MAC systems to optimize support and solutions that we will be providing to both our NFS business partners, and local teams. Additional responsibilities will include oversight of community benefit activities, YouEarnedIT (YEI) employee recognition system, Business Continuity Program planning and Internship Program monitoring and tracking; as well as familiarity with the following key technologies highly desired: TIME, RPM, OneLink , and MS O365 Suite (including MS Teams is a huge plus). The ideal candidate should expect to be anchored in the NCAL region. Internal organizational position which gathers information on the operations of a business unit. Develops and implements reports and metrics based on the analysis of the business operations of a business unit, best practices and key business indicators. Essential Functions: - Gathers requirements for reporting business metrics for an organization. - Analyzes business data and puts analysis into reports which indicate the performance of an organization. - Represents analysis outcomes in template reports and presentations. - Based on analysis, makes recommendations on improving or correcting metrics and operating performance. Basic Qualifications: Experience - Minimum two (2) years of related experience. Education - Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field. - High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration - N/A Additional Requirements: - Working knowledge of policies, practices and systems. - Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. - General application of concepts and principles. - Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
