Associate Network Administrator

As a member of the technology department at Lake Mary Preparatory School, I supported all end users and the infrastructure stack at the school.  Included in my daily operations I would maintain both virtual and physical servers and desktops, Windows, Linux, and Mac.  I was responsible for technical onboarding and exiting procedures of employees.  I handled school procurement of hardware and technology vendors and was directly responsible for reducing costs and spend rate on IT and security infrastructure. I also handled telecommunications issues, PBX systems and end user troubleshooting were routine.  As far of the security department I dealt in configuring of CCTV cameras and assign roles to end users.  Lake Mary Prep has two sites, a main campus where I spent most of the day and an auxiliary site where I ended my days' work.  Another aspect of my responsibilities was to fix hardware to reduce cost expenditures.

After transitioning from independent contractor, I worked as a technical support advisor utilizing my skill set for end users of Apple products. I responded to consumers in a friendly, thoughtful, and technical manner. I promoted and processed sales for Apple-care and service offerings and registered customer information into Apple databases.

 I was on-call technical support for iOS, Mac OSX, Windows and Android products and services, anything with a touchpoint to an Apple product. Using iLog, I supported end users of the Apple product lineup addressing troubleshooting tickets in real time.

Support Engineer

Working as an independent contractor, I was hired to create a LAN topology as well as designing technical solutions to improve employee efficiency in their everyday tasks. This opportunity gave me the experience to be creative in designing their infrastructure. I was able to improve Realty Executives productivity and efficiency inter connecting employees to collaborate within a WAN and created a web-based landing page to portray their image.  After the contract was completed, I maintained open communication and was on-call for any network related issues and troubleshooting of end user technology issues.
