  • Dynamic Pricing: Designed and deployed SAP-based Dynamic Pricing process to offer instant price protection, replacing back-end customer rebate process, which resulted in savings of around $15M per month.
  • Functional Lead: Executed implementation of the Plasma and Biologics by launching new business model including designing order management functions for Life Science business line, meeting one-year deliverable time frame and utilizing given budget.
  • Increased Revenue: Championed initiative with a 0.5 bps revenue uplift objective by provisioning cross business process data analytics into the PROS price guidance engine to generate price recommendations successfully deploying $9M initiative in two phases over a 14-month period.
